Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination senior shoots?

I do not have availability for destination senior photo sessions. As of now, I service the Houston area only.

2. Do you help with planning our senior photo session?

I absolutely will provide guidance if needed. I will listen to your vision and desires and offer my best advice based on my years of experience. I'll give advice on things such as wardrobe, shoot locations, posing, facial expression and confidence coaching. Anything you need, I've got you covered.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Retainers are non-refundable but they are valid for 1 full year from the date of payment. You may reschedule once without being charged an additional fee. Seasonal minis are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I do offer the opportunity to purchase digital files and prints. Customers will have access to their personal picture gallery and may order whatever photo options they want.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I offer videography as a service in conjunction with your senior session. During your consultation, we'll discuss your vision for video and go from there.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

I will be more than happy to discuss your specific posing and shot ideas. This shoot is for you. We will work together to create amazing memories.

7. Can we meet before the session?

We can absolutely meet before the session. A zoom meeting is the preferred way to touch base prior to the session. We can use this meeting to answer questions and begin to develop chemistry. Let's face it, it's more fun to go to work with someone that you know, right?

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

There are opportunities to purchase a rush delivery package (24hrs starting the day after the shoot). Expect a 3-week turnaround on all other photos unless you've opted to purchase the rush delivery service.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Customers have a cancellation deadline of 72hrs prior in order to receive a refund on their deposit.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I do offer the opportunity to purchase digital files and prints. Customers will have access to their personal picture gallery and may order whatever photo options they want.
